Collecting and processing personal data

While you are visiting our web sites, the IP-address of your internet service provider, the web site you selected prior to visiting us, the Sunny Cars web sites that your are consulting as well as the date and the duration of your visit will be stored by default by our web servers. In addition, personal data will be stored only if you provided the data on your own account within the context of a survey, a registration, a competition to win a prize or to carry out a contract (reservation of a rental car).

Use and transmission of personal data and project tying

Sunny Cars processes and uses your personal data exclusively for service purposes within the web site www.sunnycars.com and the Sunny Cars Newsletter, i.e. to present you a tailored offer and/or to spare you the repetition of data that have already been entered and therefore only within the scope necessary in each case. We do not transmit your personal data to third parties. Partner offers made available on our web site are to be booked directly with these partners. They will be informed about the booking by a corresponding note. Collection of or transmission of personal data to state facilities and authorities will be made exclusively within the scope of the legal regulations in force.
